Professional development opportunities

Our aim is to support and develop each employee individually. Not only because every employee makes a significant contribution to our company’s success, but also because people are important to us and we want to encourage them in their personal development.

In our annual appraisal interviews, individual development steps are agreed between supervisors and employees and a timetable is drawn up. Internal and external training events help meet these goals.

Management positions are open to employees who work part-time and bring the necessary aptitude, as well as a willingness to work in this capacity.
