Partnering with R+V, mbi has developed a modern and user-friendly web application. This enables R+V employees to comprehensively record and maintain all the relevant data and insurance contracts of the banks.
Working in a portal designed to fit their needs, the banks can now find their personal point of contact at any time, enter changes to risk-relevant data themselves or also view their current contract with all its lines of business and risks. The portal also allows damage reports to be submitted online to the R+V Claims department, thus enabling settlements to be processed more swiftly.
Since its launch in 2001, the R+V Geno-Bankpolice OP Risk portal has undergone continuous development. This tailor-made solution can thus be utilised by R + V to provide customised insurance packages, and to optimally respond to banks’ requirements.
