In addition to the usual scrum meetings during a sprint, mbi organises daily stand-ups every morning. In the WINPACCS team, for example, these meetings take place in the shared office "standing up" so that the team members can briefly exchange information about the status of things and discuss progress.

Michael Bork from the WINPACCS team is convinced by Scrum: "One of the advantages is clearly that important topics are dealt with first. But Scrum is also hugely important for team cohesion, as we can guarantee a better dialogue with each other through daily coordination". 

For Jan Benold from the Digital Platforms division, flexibility, agility, transparency and effectiveness are among the greatest advantages of Scrum. "The simple and clear rules of Scrum ensure a better, standardised understanding of the project process and the tasks to be completed. In addition, collaboration with customers has also improved thanks to frequent contact and dialogue."
