mbi employees enjoy running at the "Wetzlarer Brückenlauf"

With a great deal of sporting spirit and lots of fun, mbi took part in the "Wetzlarer Brückenlauf" last Friday: nine employees ran a two-kilometre circuit through the old town of Wetzlar together with around 2,700 other participants. They all enjoyed the event, which was finally able to take place again after a two-year break.

The mbi team not only enjoyed taking part, but also was very successful: HR manager Benjamin Löw ran one of the best lap times - his running group made it to 20th place out of 453. Jörg Raiber also joined the three mbi relay teams: "I really enjoyed taking part," says the team leader. "The atmosphere in the stadium is always great - and the event is a good opportunity to spend time with colleagues outside the office. Besides, I think it's always good to be active in sports for a good cause!"

Colleagues and relatives were also there and actively supported mbi from the sidelines. For them and all the other spectators, the running event was an impressive experience: the traditional charity run is considered the largest grassroots running event in Central Hesse. This year, the entry fee was donated to the "Child Welfare in Sport" project of the Lahn-Dill sports district. Mbi has already enthusiastically participated in the “Brückenlauf” several times and will certainly be there again next time: Many thanks to our strong team for their commitment!
