Definition, meaning, basics, maintenance, standards, authorisations, processes – the four days were dedicated to the topic of information security from various perspectives. "It was great. The lecturer focused on the essential and most interesting points and presented us with many authentic examples from practice", Jan summarises with satisfaction. "For me personally, it was particularly exciting to be able to look into the world of standards and legal requirements and to take a look outside the box of classic IT security."

Jan was able to develop professionally thanks to the training: "I have gained a completely new perspective on information processes at mbi and, with the certification, I am now also qualified for my future role as IT security officer in our company."

Having completed the course and passed the exam, the foundation has been laid for even better information security at mbi. "The next steps are already being planned. We now need to clarify how we can optimise information security at mbi and, by setting up an information security management system, we will also be able to obtain ISO 27001 certification for the entire company in the future."
