Expanded Management Team at mbi

Martin Bork (centre), the Managing Partner of mbi GmbH, is pleased to announce an expanded Management Team that has supported him in his tasks since November 2022. The four members appointed to the Management Team are all proven leaders who have already assumed responsibility in various positions in the company.

Mathematician Christopher Blüthgen (left), father of two children, has been with the company since 2009. An enthusiastic hobby violoncellist since childhood, he heads the Digital Platforms Division. This part of the business has experienced strong growth in recent years under his leadership. For him, the challenge in the next few years will be to meet the increasing demand from clients for the development of digital platforms and to introduce and integrate new employees successfully into the team.

Simone Hund represents the Finance and Controlling division in the Management Team as an authorised signatory. The mother of four children has been with the company for almost 25 years. She has headed the Finance and Controlling department since 2010 and has performed this task and many other activities in the company with particular care and a sense of responsibility. Her great commitment has majorly contributed to the success of mbi.

Benjamin Loew (second from right), a business educationalist and endurance athlete, has been in charge of the Human Resources Department for several years. In October 2022, he also assumed responsibility for the Administration Department. Thanks to his hard work, the number of employees at mbi GmbH has increased steadily in recent years. His most important task going forward will be to recruit and integrate even more competent and committed employees for the growing company.

Industrial engineer Michael Bork (pictured right), son of the Managing Director and father of two children, has been with the company since 2016. He is responsible for the further development and customer support of the standard software WINPACCS, which is used worldwide, and has already set the course for the future: with the development of an integrated financial accounting system, WINPACCS will become an industry-specific ERP system for development cooperation, which is perfectly tailored to the needs of this sector.

“The expanded Management Team is an important step towards facing the future challenges of our constantly growing company,” says Martin Bork. “I’m very pleased that I could convince these four dedicated individuals to join the Management Team, and that alongside their great professional skills, they live and represent the ethical values of the company in an authentic way.”
