A key element of this development is the introduction of the recruiting software coveto, which now serves as our new technical foundation.
With the optimization of our processes, we pursued several core goals:

Since the transition, our recruiting activities have become significantly more structured. Coordination runs more smoothly, information is centrally accessible, and we are able to guide talent more effectively through the recruitment process. Internal feedback also reflects this positive development: our teams confirm that we are on the right track, which motivates us to continue refining our processes.
