Your responsibilites

Establishing and managing of our marketing team of up to two employees
Development and implementation of well-directed marketing strategies
Identifying relevant topics for the marketing of our standard software WINPACCS in the field of development cooperation
Responsibility for both internal and external corporate communication
Continued strategic development of our marketing activities in close coordination with the management
Monitoring and management of the brand and its associated guidelines, and continual optimization of all measures

Your profile

Degree with a focus on marketing, social media, communication or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience and initial management experience
Highly motivated to familiarise yourself with our standard software WINPACCS and the field of development cooperation
Excellent language skills in both German and English as well as strong communication skills
Ability to work independently, well-structured and purposefully, with high quality standards
Inclination to develop innovative ideas paired with enthusiasm for the analysis of new trends and marketing strategies
