Your responsibilites

Responsibility for the care and maintenance of our buildings, outdoor areas and facilities in Wetzlar and Huettenberg
Ensuring the tidiness and presentability of our premises
Independent execution of minor repairs and manual tasks
Key contact for staff enquiries concerning house and inventory management
Coordinating and monitoring the work of our external service providers
Road clearance in winter

Your profile

Experience in building and plant maintenance is an advantage
Strong communication and organisational skills
Technical and manual skills as well as physical resilience
High awareness for order and cleanliness
Reliability, punctuality and flexibility
Independent and thorough way of working
Driving licence class B (ideally BE)
Living nearby is considered a plus
