Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Carrying out analyses and developing solutions for complex topics and issues related to our software products in close cooperation with customers, product owners and internal development
Capturing and documenting customer requirements for the software development process and preparing these requirements in the form of user stories
Working closely with software developers and customers in agile teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient project implementation
Supporting development sprints to clarify professional or technical ambiguities

Your profile

Completed studies in business informatics, business administration or a comparable field of study
Experience with software solutions and knowledge of agile methods and tools (e.g. SCRUM, Atlassian Jira and Confluence) are an advantage
Independent and precise way of working as well as strong analytical skills
Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex interrelations in an understandable and structured way
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Reliability and an independent and structured way of working

The position may also include technical documentation and software testing tasks.
