He decided in favour of the software company in Wetzlar for various reasons: "Firstly, I became aware of mbi due to its regional proximity to my home town. Secondly, mbi stood out because possible thesis topics were already mentioned on the website, which included some interesting topics for me."

Linus really enjoys working at mbi: "It's complexe, exciting and suitably challenging. If it's possible, I would like to continue working for mbi as a student trainee after completing my bachelor's degree."

As his mandatory internship is slowly coming to an end, Linus is now in the process of finding a topic for his final thesis: "A few days ago, we sat down as a team and thought together about which topics would be of interest to both me and mbi. I think it's great that mbi takes great care to ensure that the topic for the thesis is found together and, above all, that my interests are given high priority."

He can only recommend mbi to students who are looking for work experience and a partner company for their final thesis: "I would advise others to look for a company that is actively committed to the personal development of students and offers support for final theses. I think it is particularly important that the values of the company or the content of the company match your own interests and that the thesis is profitable for both sides.
