Your responsibilities

• Personnel management of one of our agile software development teams and contact person for all personnel-related topics
• Supporting our managers and employees in their personal development through individual coaching and training measures
• Conducting staff appraisals (employee, feedback and conflict discussions)
• Support for new employees during onboarding
• Support in the personnel selection process

Your profile

• Completed studies with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in personnel development and employee management
• Strong communication skills, moderation skills and empathy
• Ability to work in a team, combined with strong social skills and a confident demeanour 
• Reliability as well as an independent and structured way of working
