Wetzlar site
The new company building in Wetzlar opened for business in 2020. The Wilhelminian style villa on the edge of Wetzlar's old town is easily accessible by all means of transport, and combines the charm of the turn of the century with modern design elements.
Building
The interior of the old Wilhelminian style villa built in 1905 was converted into a modern office building between 2019 and 2020. The high ceilings and clear structures, as well as individually preserved structural elements such as windows and doors or even furniture from the Wilhelminian period, still radiate much of the charm of the turn of the century. A beautiful outdoor area, a relaxation room and height-adjustable desks for each employee, mean the new location has many features of a modern, pleasant working environment.
Of course, the issue of sustainability is also high on our agenda: Even if a new building might have been the easier option, we felt it was important to preserve and continue to use this building, including some of the interior furnishings.
In addition - as at the Huettenberg site - a charging station for electric cars is available at the house.

Location and surroundings
Centrally located in Wetzlar on the edge of the old town and bordering a small park, the Wilhelminian style villa provides us with an attractive second business premises. The Goethestadt of Wetzlar has plenty to offer to our current and future customers. Hotels such as the Wetzlarer Hof and the Buergerhof are only a few steps away, and thus an ideal place for you to stay, and also an optimal starting point for exploring this cathedral city on the River Lahn.
Wetzlar offers optimal conditions for combining work and leisure with its easy accessibility to the Rhine-Main region via various means of transport,and closeness to the River Lahn and the Taunus recreational area.
How to find us
By car
Wetzlar is located in central Hesse, directly on the A45 and the B49, and is thus easy to reach by car from all directions. Our office is close to the city centre at Konrad-Adenauer-Promenade 17, 35578 Wetzlar. Visitors can park in our company car park (wallboxes available) or in the correspondingly marked parking bays along the Konrad-Adenauer-Promenade, the Kestnerstrasse or the Wertherstrasse.
By public transport
Wetzlar train station offers direct connections to Frankfurt, Marburg, Giessen, Limburg and Siegen. We are only a few minutes away by bus from the train station on bus lines 11 and 12 (bus stop Altstadt/Stadthalle) or bus lines 17 and 18 (bus stop Goldfischteich/Promenade).
By plane
Wetzlar is close to Frankfurt am Main and easy to reach by train from Frankfurt Airport (FRA). The journey time is approximately ninety minutes.
