On July 15, 2016, a year that already feels almost nostalgic to many of us, she began her apprenticeship in office management here at mbi.
She started out in administration, a department she went on to lead in 2019. Since 2023, Louisa has been an integral part of our HR team, bringing dedication and genuine care to areas such as employee onboarding and HR support.
We asked Louisa: What advice would you give to the Louisa of 2016, just starting her apprenticeship at mbi?
"Be brave. You will make mistakes and feel uncertain — but that's exactly how you'll grow. So much of what feels incredibly hard today will one day come naturally."
