The focus was on two key questions.
How do we as managers strengthen the personal connection with our employees? Jan Benold provided us with inspiring ideas on how we can consciously build and maintain a personal connection with our members of staff. After all, leadership is relationship and is based on genuine interest, closeness and trust.
How do we keep an eye on the goals we set together as a team and achieve them effectively? Benjamin Löw showed us using hands-on examples, how we can structure goals together, make them visible and anchor them in our team, because we do not achieve goals individually, but as a team.
Since leadership also requires lightness and team spirit, we used paper plates and table tennis balls to experience team building in a very practical way with lots of laughter and activity.
