Leadership Meeting at mbi: Shaping Responsibility Together

At the end of 2025, our management team gathered at Hofgut Schmitte to dedicate time to a topic that is particularly important to us as a company: strong leadership and effective collaboration.

The meeting focused on key questions of successful team leadership: How do we create an environment where responsibility is shared, feedback is a natural part of everyday work, and teams can organise themselves with confidence? Managing Director Benjamin Löw provided valuable insights and highlighted how leadership actively creates the framework that enables strong collaboration.
