Paula became aware of our company through a recommendation from her supervisor at THM. The opportunity to write her thesis with us was a decisive factor in her choice of mbi as an employer.

She describes her day-to-day work as ‘creative, challenging and varied. The fact that mbi focusses on different topics through our standard software WINPACCS and individual development makes it possible to immerse yourself in different areas of software development.’

She received the support she was hoping for from mbi, particularly during the phase in which she was writing her thesis: ‘The professional support from my colleagues was very valuable for my personal development, as I was able to gain some valuable food for thought and new perspectives on my master’s thesis. The challenges and experiences I've gained over the past few months have helped me to strengthen my self-confidence and define my professional goals more clearly.’

In a few days, Paula will hand in her master’s thesis and then join mbi directly as a software developer: ‘I really appreciate the fact that I can continue to pursue my professional learning goals at mbi and also receive long-term support for further training.’

Finally, she is also looking forward to working more closely with her team and has no hesitation in recommending mbi as a supervising company for final theses and as an employer: ‘We have a great working relationship.
