Your Responsibilities

• Technical and operational leadership of your team in close coordination with senior management
• Responsibility for product delivery and the continuous structuring and maintenance of our project goals
• Central interface between the client and the project team, ensuring a smooth exchange of information and thereby defining clear, shared goals
• Responsibility for planning, organizing, and implementing our agile software projects in close coordination with the project teams
• Coordinating requirements and actively contributing to the development of efficient, practical software solutions
• Actively supporting employees through constructive feedback and individual development initiatives

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in an agile environment, and a solid foundational understanding of code and software architectures
• Ability to familiarize yourself with complex technical problems and define work requirements based on them
• Strong communication and organizational skills for appreciative leadership
• Enjoyment of leadership responsibilities and the further development of your team
