Team Leader Marketing and Communication (m/f/d)

Your responsibilites

• Establishing and managing of our marketing team of up to two employees
• Development and implementation of well-directed marketing strategies
• Identifying relevant topics for the marketing of our standard software WINPACCS in the field of development cooperation
• Responsibility for both internal and external corporate communication
• Continued strategic development of our marketing activities in close coordination with the management
• Monitoring and management of the brand and its associated guidelines, and continual optimization of all measures

Your profile

• Degree with a focus on marketing, social media, communication or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience and initial management experience
• Highly motivated to familiarise yourself with our standard software WINPACCS and the field of development cooperation
• Excellent language skills in both German and English as well as strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently, well-structured and purposefully, with high quality standards
• Inclination to develop innovative ideas paired with enthusiasm for the analysis of new trends and marketing strategies
