Your responsibilities

• Facilitation and support of agile processes within our software development teams in accordance with the Scrum methodology
• Encouraging self-organization and fostering autonomous team structures
• Close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain the backlog and ensure the targeted implementation of requirements
• Coaching and training teams in agile principles and methodologies
• Responsibility for ensuring compliance with agile processes within the Scrum teams
• Removing obstacles and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Your profile

• Completed studies or vocational training in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Professional experience as Scrum Master or solid background in IT project management with a focus on agile practices
• Experience with software solutions as well as knowledge of agile methods and tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira and Confluence)
• A certification in agile methodologies (e.g. Certified Scrum Master) is a plus
• Strong team orientation, empathy, and the ability to guide and motivate teams with appreciation and respect
• Independent and precise working style combined with strong analytical skills
