Your responsibilites

Planning and designing posts for various communication channels, tailored to our target group
Maintenance and further development of our websites
Support in identifying relevant topics for marketing our standard software WINPACCS in the field of development cooperation
Further development and implementation of well-directed HR marketing activities
Maintenance of our HR marketing platforms and placing job advertisements
Support at fairs and events

Your profile

Degree or training in marketing, social media, communication or a comparable field of study
Initial work experience desirable
Strong skills in writing engaging social media posts
Excellent language skills in both German and English
Ability to work independently, well-structured and purposefully, with high quality standards
Team player with strong communication skills
Highly motivated to familiarise yourself with our standard software WINPACCS and the field of development cooperation
Initial experience in using common marketing tools such as Typo3 and Adobe Creative Cloud
