Then join our team as a Human Resources Administrator.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Assisting with the administrative handling of all personnel-related processes
  • Drawing up employment contracts, contract amendments, references and certificates
  • Supporting employees with all HR-related issues and acting as a point of contact for external service providers
  • Support for new employees during onboarding
  • Creating analyses and statistics and maintaining personnel data
  • Support in the personnel selection process

 

Your profile

  • Completed studies or commercial training specialising in HR or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in personnel administration
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Ability to work in a team, combined with strong social skills and a confident demeanour 
  • Reliability as well as an independent and structured way of working
  • Confident handling of common MS Office programmes
