mbi awarded "Fair Company"

The business magazine karriere honours companies, offering university graduates real employment opportunities. Instead of endless internships, these companies do provide a fair chance of a permanent job. More than 380 companies have already joined this initiative, with a daily increasing number. mbi takes part in this program as well and has been awarded with the label “Fair Company“.

We are fully committed to the five rules that set fair companies apart:

1. We do not substitute full-time jobs with interns, trainees etc.
2. University graduates who have applied for a permanent job are not offered internships instead.
3. We do not lure interns with the vague prospect of an full-time employment.
4. We offer internships mainly to provide orientation during the formation phase.
5. and pay adequate allowances to interns.
