Sharing social responsibility
Assuming responsibility in the society is one way mbi recognizes the importance of ethical standards. Many of our staff is active in volunteer community work, which is readily supported by mbi.
As a company and within our possibilities we support social organisations and projects, which contribute to the community.
It is important to us to share our success and knowledge where it seems suitable and necessary. We are convinced that the promotion and support of young people is especially important.
Support of Schwingbach public school
mbi closely cooperates with the public school of Schwingbach. One part is to provide computer equipment to the school. But it is also our aim to motivate the students for the IT profession and to guide and support an entry into this field of work.
As an example, the hand bell choir of the Schwingbach school received among other sponsors support from mbi for a concert tour through the United States of America.
mbi is family-friendly company
Within the framework of the campaign “We stand up for family-friendliness!” of the Alliance for Family the efforts of mbi to promote family-friendliness were honoured.
mbi arranged the re-entry in the career for mothers after the parental leave as easy as possible and provided that they could fill their job as executive again. Furthermore mbi offers flexible working hours to employees with little children and organises an event once a year to which not only the crew but also their families are invited.
The Alliance for Family campaigns for a family-friendly awareness for the fortification of economy and therewith of the families in the Lahn-Dill-district.
