Consultancy for the "Cotton Sector Promotion Program (CSPP)" to adapt and introduce a financial monitoring system. CSPP is a joint project of the governments of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Arab Republic of Egypt.

DED is using WINPACCS and AMS as their standard applications for project accounting and cost monitoring. Both systems were developed in collaboration between GTZ GmbH and mbi GmbH. The applications were adjusted to the specific DED requirements and are regularly updated.

For the GTZ project "District Health Services Machinga, Malawi" a cost monitoring system was implemented. This consultancy comprised in-depth advisory services, the establishment of a cost accounting structure and the implementation and configuration of the AMS software package. Subsequently, the users were not only trained in AMS, but also received an introduction into the basics of cost monitoring.
